• The demonstration DesignBuilder SBEM software is fully functional in all respects except producing EPCs and BRUKL reports for Building Control. You need a license to enable this feature which can be obtained either directly by purchasing it or by booking a DesignBuilder Certification training course.
• The DesignBuilder Simulation and Visualisation modules will run in evaluation mode for 30 days from installation. After 30 days you will need to purchase a license to continue to use these modules.
• If you have a previous version of DesignBuilder installed you must uninstall from Control Panel -> Add or remove programs before running this download to install the new version.
• DesignBuilder is designed for Windows XP, and Windows 2000 - see hardware requirements.
