I have been tasked with producing an EPC for a new build secondary school.
The building is 5 blocks interconnected by glass curtain walling.
What would be the best way to model this ?
As one big block or individual blocks.

Shouldn't make a difference, when you join 5 blocks to make a single building the end calculation should be pretty much the same. You may need to attach some electronic plans so that we can see what the specific problem is.

Thanks Andrew, I think I am now on my 5th attempt. I have attached a GA for the ground floor to give you an idea. So basically you suggest do 1 block at a time then connect them all up as one building.

It shouldn't make a difference but I would probably chose to draw connecting space first.
Apologies for the delay
Andrew
