How can I model DC fan-coil units for SBEM, effectively they have a significantly reduced specific fan-power for the terminal units. I can't seem to find where to adjust this within Design Builder.

Duncan I answered this question by personal email but for other users here was the response:

I've received this email from BRE:

The SFP entered for a fan coil HVAC system in iSBEM is for the AHU only. The room unit fans are assumed to have a SFP of 0.8 W/(l/s), and this cannot be modified by the user. This may be included as an improvement in future versions of the tool in order to reflect savings from more efficient systems. Therefore, DC fan coil unit systems cannot currently be modelled in SBEM.
