Off-coil air temperature set point

Dear Andy,

I'm using version 1.9.03, please find in attachment a building example with a CAV and Compact HVAC.

one question about "Off-coil air temperature set point" both in cooling and heating mode.

If I've understood well from the manual, this is the air supply temperature to the building coming from the AHU.
You can change "Cooling coil setpoint reset" to have this setpoint varying linearly with the external air temperature.
Is this right?

Now the problem. In the attached model I'm trying to set the heating off-coil air temperature set point at about 38-40°C as it is normal for an AHU in winter mode, but unfortunately the zones ambient air temperature goes far over the setpoint (20°C).
To keep ambient temperature around 20°C I must lower off-coil temp down to 20-25°C which is very strange.
In this case another problem rises: I''ve allowed cooling only in summer but I find system cooling loads during winter too.

In cooling mode, instead, the building HVAC system seems to work well.

Could you please explain if I'm wrong in my off-coil temp interpretation or if there is any bug?
