Can not produce EPC

Hi Andy,

I've followed your advise about my other model and removed the daylight control.
I've checked few times and i actually found only 1 room daylight controlled.
The calculation still crashes the same way.
Please find attached the new version of the model.

I've spent quite some time trying various things to fix this but without success and have now sent the model to the BRE SBEM team for their comment. Apologies for the delay.

OK, thanks to help from the BRE team, I have tracked down the problem to the zone 'Tower 2, Zone 1' that has a hole taking up the whole floor. This zone is flagged as 'semi-exterior unconditioned' but due to a bug in DB, the data for the zone is being passed to SBEM and SBEM objects to the zero floor area. We have added a new check in DB to prevent this from occuring in future versions.

There are some things you can do to get going with this model now though:

1. Use 'Merge zones connected by holes' model option - careful with this as it changes other zone connections due to use of holes in the model.

or

2. Set the activity in this zone to the general activity.

or

3. Wait for a new version that runs your file as it is.
