Good evening,
Why do we obtain so different results when we use simple and compact modes?
With a project equipt with underfloor heating and heat recovery systems, we currently obtain the following results:
- 40 kWh/m² of sensible heating with compact mode,
- 0 kWh/m² with simple mode
How can you explain this difference of needs? Which mode should we choose?
Should we use the simple mode to install an underfloor heating and the compact mode to install a recovery heat?
Thank you in anticipation of your kind cooperation,
Franck, it is difficult to give a general answer to your question. It depends on the compact HVAC system you've selected. Perhaps you chosen a VAV system with an AHU heating coil that is being switched on in an inefficient way? The best way to find out the difference is to compare hourly results during summer and winter.
