VRF system with chilled water

Hi,

I want to simulate a unitary multizone dx system (VRF system) with water chiller. How can i do this?

Because i can put a unitary multizone or a CAV system, but either one or other can simulate the situation that i want.
If i put a unitary multizone i have dx but i cannot use chilled water. And if i use CAV i have water chilled system, but it's not dx, right?

Can someone help with this?
